Our Superstar - Strawberry

Strawberries are one of the most loved exotic fruits (and our personal favorite too!). When we first pondered on the idea of growing them at our farm it seemed far fetched. Afterall nobody was growing them in the region, let along organically. However, running experiements was one of the core goals of our farming expedition and so off we went!

After the initial struggle of getting the variety, growing recipe and season right we were absolutely delighted and patted ourselves on the back for taking the plunge! Take a look at some of the pictures of our sumptuous delectable berries.

As you can see, sustainability is high on our list of goals and we had custom recycled paper boxes designed to transport our crunchy goodies to our loving customers.
