Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for unopened and non-perishable items purchased on our website. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for fresh produce, dairy products, or other perishable items that have been opened.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the refund. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. If the item(s) meet our eligibility requirements, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
